Kingstanding Nursery

Nursery and Out of School Clubs

There are separate baby, toddlers and pre-school units. Each age group also has their own separate outdoor areas – this ensures that each age group benefits from the activities and environment that is set out specifically to meet their needs. The ratios are always maintained to ensure safety of all the children – 1:3 (babies), 1:4 (toddlers), 1:8 (pre-school).

The setting also provides breakfast and after school clubs. Children are dropped off to and collected from nearby schools either by walking or by the nursery’s minibus. Healthy snacks of fruit and vegetables are served every day and children have access to milk and water throughout the day and at meal times.
